Story Prompt: Searching for Treasure
Students need to watch the video and read the first half of the story. Then they need to write a creative ending of 150 words or more. I love using these activities as writing contests. The focus is on ideas, experimentation with language, and mastery of writing conventions (punctuation, spelling, capitalization and basic grammar).
