5-Minute Story: Miguel’s Act of Courage

Here is a method I created to get my reluctant readers to read. Step 1: Play the video given. Step 2: Play the video and have students follow the story on their worksheet. Step 3: Have students read the worksheet. Step 4: Discuss and ask clarifying questions.
