Many of my students HATE public speaking.
Here is an activity for students to see public speaking through the prism of a “personal journey.”
First, students are expected to write down their experiences and fears when it comes to public speaking.
Next, student need to make a plan on how they are going to improve their public speaking skills.
The goal is to equip students with a sense of agency and purpose when it comes to public speaking.
