Your mission is to write an email to your school explaining the cell phone policy you will be implementing.
Think–what should be done about cell phones that will maximize learning? Should students be able to have their phones on their desks? Should students be forced to keep cell phones in their backpacks? Should students have to turn in their phones to the teacher before every period? Or do you have another policy that you think would be best for your school?
Whichever policy you choose, be sure you explain why you chose that policy and support your ideas with reasoning. There are sure to be people who disagree with your ideas. However, if you can explain yourself clearly and logically, and give a rationale and purpose for your policies–people will at least see you as fair and reasonable.
